(We all know he wants to say, majority African Individual schools) They can be used in quick succession to rapidly kill people from a distance with a small amount of skill needed, nor do they discriminate between children and sporting targets.
You might also be asking where, he is planning to get the resources to make all of these lethal weapons going in to your schools? As part of a deal with Scavvos they, together, are planning to put thousands of small (Possibly Latino children) people to work in mines in the Kharidian Deserts to extract all the rune ore needed to create such a vast arsenal or weapons and thousands of more foreign workers from the City of Al Kharid, where the population are forced to fight in an Arena for the 1% wall street tycoons, to smelt that ore in to the instruments of death in our schools for his evils plans.
